Heaven Hi!!!  Let’s have a cup of coffee. Make mine Do-, but not nuts! For years the Simpson’s have brought their comedic genius to the TV screen. Now they have finally produced a “longer episode,” worthy of the big screen. The Simpson movie encompasses the forms of humanities, power, passion, comedy, sexuality, and just plain funny, that has been in development for eighteen years. This movie is sure to bring laughs to all who see it.  Homer, through his random idiocy, mistakenly pollutes the river with toxic waste from his “Pig Crap” silo. When panic strikes the U.S. the EPA encases Springfield in a glass dome. Now, Homer must save the citizens before, get this, President “I’ll be back” Schwarzenegger delivers the order to destroy

Springfield. The Simpson’s ensemble includes the original cast, accompanied with a vast amount of guest stars ranging from Albert Brooks to Tom Hanks, which only adds to the ingenuity that merits The Simpson’s as a legendary TV landmark.

The brilliance behind The Simpson’s spawn directly from the development of it’s characters. For instance, all of the characters of The Simpson’s embodies a larger symbol or message. The writers and creators Matt Groening and James L. Brooks have brought politics, religion, and human and social issues to light from the delivery of these animated characters.   Using the acting for real method we are able to associate with each one of the Simpson’s characters. For instance, Homer embodies a habitual lifestyle driven by impulse and desire, hence donuts, beer, and lusts. In turn Homer falls into the sexuality category. Marge is the nurturing instinctive character who’s lifestyle is humanities based. However, Lisa is also a humanities character, although her humanitarian nature is driven by logic and passion. Lisa Simpson is also seen as the conscience of the show. Bart Simpson is a character of control. Due to Bart’s age, he feels he needs to resort to pranks, practical jokes, personal jabs, and mischievous actions in order to achieve power. So, Bart Simpson is a character that embodies power. Oh, and cute little Maggie, she portrays the silent neglect of innocence and youth.  If you like the show, The Simpson’s Movie will further empower your need to call yourself a fan. With high powered movie stars complementing the quality of the show and genius writing which has kept this show running for 18 years, this movie will encourage you to do what all of us should do a few times every day, and that is; laugh! I encourage all of you to see this film for good, witty, and overall classic comedy.
