Star Wars Five Nights A Week?

0

Heaven Hi!!!

Speaking of reinventing yourself, as quoted in an interview, “The Force may soon be coming to a television near you.” George Lucas, our famous Star Wars king, announced that he is working on a Star Wars TV show. Lucas already has another television series in the works. Lucas film Animation has been working for months on the computer-animated “Star Wars: The Clone Wars.” The difference in his new show is that it will not include two chief characters; Luke Skywalker, and the Darth, Vader that is.
Lucas’ Star Wars Phenomenon stopped audiences all over the world with its initial release in 1977.

When it comes to finding your creativity and expanding your imagination, George Lucas has taken us to a world that has captivated the minds of viewers worldwide. The TV show’s release is not set yet, but the viewer rating are expected to soar. We’re looking forward to it.

Who Deserves An Award For Versatility?

1

Heaven Hi!!!

Since her groundbreaking performance in Elizabeth, to her Academy Award winning role as Katherine Hepburn in The Aviator, no character is beyond Cate Blanchett. We can all take a lesson from her versatility and grace. She has mastered the Creative Triangle of Human Behavior by knowing how to balance, and shift her different angles to convey whatever the character is trying to deliver to us on the screen. The 38 year old Award winning actress has now extended the limits of her diversity, if it’s possible, even farther.

In the new film “I’m Not There” Cate Blanchett plays one of six incarnations of Bob Dylan. The film takes on the different personas of the monumental rocker. Blanchett has been an acclaimed actress loved by all who know her for her energy, talent, and grace.

She is reteaming with former “Babel” co-star Brad Pitt in the new film “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button,” who has quoted as calling Mrs. Blanchett, “Just exquisite. She’s otherworldly.” A feather in Cate’s cap, and an encouragement for her to continue to bring us classic talent. So go check out her new film “Elizabeth: The Golden Age” that hit theatres last Friday.

Watch carefully as you think about the Creative Triangle of Human Behavior how the character, Elizabeth, focuses 50% on her humanities as she cares for the well being of her country. While the other elements of the film focuses on 25% of power by her being queen, and 25% sexuality as a women. Elizabeth is faced with the dark side of the triangle which is danger as she leads her country to battle with Spain. If you like battles, fantastic acting, and historical epics, this is the flick for you.

We Encourage a Hopeful Recovery

0

Heaven Hi!!!

I feel the need to send loving and courageous thoughts to author and publisher Norman Mailer. Mailer is recovering in a hospital after surgery to remove scar tissue around his lung, his daughter-in-law said Wednesday.
“He’s been getting better every time I see him,” Salina Mailer said. She didn’t recall the date of the operation at Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan.

Mailer, 84, gained instant literary acclaim with his first book, “The Naked and the Dead,” published in 1948 and based in part on his experience as an Army infantryman in the Philippines. He won Pulitzer Prizes for “The Armies of the Night” and “The Executioner’s Song.” His latest book, “The Castle in the Forest,” was published this year.”

People who have realized their creativity and feel the need to share it with humanity should be respected and cherished. Norman mailer displayed his brilliance and imagination upon the words on the page. Our loving and courageous go out to you. Get Well.

Are We Ready For More Spice?

0

Heaven Hi!!!

It’s never too late to reinvent yourself and “spice it up.” At least that’s true for the Spice Girls. The frisky five girl band got together with Victoria’s Secret to launch their new greatest hits CD to be released November 13th. Even though you might not be a fan of the music you have got to admit they’ve picked up on what Madonna taught us years ago; it’s never too late to reinvent yourself.

What has been called the second British invasion since the Beatles in 1963, the Spice Girls revolutionized the perception of “Girl Power.” Their Gwen Stefani like pump it, bubble gum erudite lyrics drew million to the CD stands. Now, with their new release of “Spice Girls: Greatest Hits” it just goes to prove that audiences are back for more of “what they really really want.”

Not only appealing to the teenage demographic, the Spice Girls knew how to draw in crowds from all age ranges. They were very keen on how to reveal their sexuality. Their seductive gestures and shifts in their movement were intended to draw you in visually to the point where the music became secondary. Although, they have been regarded as skimpy, we have to admire how their success has not been exhausted by convention, and how they have learned to channel listeners once again.

Their ingenuity has proven to be a classic period in U.S. culture, and that’s great because for all you listeners out there, there’s not many periods in history you can dance to.

The Power of a Coach

1

Heaven Hi!!!

Tiger Woods’s incredible achievements are perfect examples of BOP and many important qualities successful people develop and demonstrate on a regular basis. Focus, commitment, a perfect balance of visual acuity, focus, and total physical control, being completely present in each moment and the power of listening to a coach to learn and nurture such qualities.

Tiger not only consistently wins high stakes tournaments, but also frequently sets records such as the lowest score, being the youngest champion ever, and has therefore established himself as the greatest player in sports history at his age.
I bring this up because Tiger Woods, with all of his skill and talent, has a coach in fact, many coaches. Butch Harmon worked with Tiger to improve his swing. His caddy helps plot strategy. He has lawyers, accountants, public relations advisors, investment counselors and other people coaching him in different areas. Tiger’s most important coaches, where his parents. They also have the most seniority on his coaching staff!

Parents instill the mental, emotional, and psychological foundations that will be your guides on the paths to your outcomes. In Tiger’s case, his late father Earl was a military man who introduced him to “BOP” the state that an athlete must be able to enter to succeed. He taught him how to balance his body, to be completely aware of his body in relation to the ground and golf club, to visualize the course so he could see the cup where the ball should go and most importantly, to be present in each moment. When Tiger was practicing his swing as a child, his father would do everything he could to distract him, to hone the vital skill of staying focused in each moment. The point is that no matter what skills we have, we need coaches to maximize our success.

Are you coachable? I’ve found in teaching my Acting For Real classes that 20% of people are and 80% are not. Which group do you fall in? Let me know.

Who's Your Coach?

1

Heaven Hi!!!

The only reason I’ve had success is because I’ve had access to people who’ve coached me in all of the places where I’ve needed help. I never achieved success alone. I’ve been fortunate to have a group of great mentors in my life, including Henry Miller, William Inge, and Irwin Shaw among others. From my coaches, I learned how to overcome adversity, to be ecstatic, and possessed about my goals and the processes it takes to reach them, and what it takes on a daily basis to reach them.

A coach gives you a necessary third eye to see things in your career, your life, and your craft that you cannot see for yourself. If you’re inside the painting, you are bound to notice a lot fewer details of it, than if you are observing it from the outside. A coach can point out your strengths and weaknesses while continuously motivating you toward your goals.

An important thing to remember during all of these processes is that there are no such things as failures. There are only outcomes – either positive or negative depending on what your goals are. Few people have negative outcomes and stay down. Remember that your outcomes are directly related to the steps you take towards realizing your goals and wishes. Face it; if you put carrots in the juicer, you’re getting carrot juice, not orange, grapefruit, or tomato juice. Your actions and decisions are directly responsible for your outcomes. “The Acting For Real” book aims to lend you the power of an experienced (and hopefully somewhat entertaining) coach to make them positive outcomes!

Are You A Broken Duck?

0

Heaven Hi!

Last night I had sushi with Tom Bell the internet marketing guru, he has helped millions of people to make money on the internet, by showing them how to do it right and stop dreaming about it. He loves the Acting for Real method, The Books, products, courses and he was excited about how we will work together, but at first he didn’t think we could partner up, because he thought the Acting for Real Book was for people who where broken and wanted to find a way to mend or heal and that is not a pond that he wanted to fish in because it is to hard to get people to wake up and take action.

Why did he get that impression, I kept asking myself, you know when something is not being seen like you intended it to be?

For a short time I felt like we had failed then I realized, in Acting For Real there are no failures only outcomes. So what was Tom telling me that by fishing in a pond where there were no people that had money are that people would not admit that they were broken and needed help. Then it came to me, The marketing was wrong. Thanks Tom for bringing that to my attention. So now we are re writing the sales page and letting every one no what Acting For Real?.

Acting For Real is not about being broken it’s about being Awake. It gives you the way to wake up and take action and turn your dreams into a reality. A dream without action is a fantasy. You learn how to work smart, with success intelligence and the power of positive behavior. Thanks Tom.

Who Has Influenced Your Life?

Heaven Hi!!!

Happy Birthday to the “The Power of Positive Thinking” by Dr. Norman Vincent Peal. On October the 13th, 1952, a book was launched that forever changed my viewpoint on life. This landmark book stood autonomous from the rest of the self help, behavioral books out there. It pioneered a way of thinking that would inadvertently ignite positive thinking and change the lives of millions, me be being one of the masses.

That book made a difference in the way I thought and the impact it had on my thinking. Dr. Peale During a rough point in my early childhood my father had left my family and I was greatly discouraged and confused about my own life. When reading this book I realized how I could change my way of thinking and how to unlearn a negative pattern of living and how to establish a positive one .Thus, inspiring me to help others find what I found through Norman Vincent Peeles words.

The only other books that stand to the level of “The Power of Positive Thinking” are Dale Carnegies “How To Win Friends and Influence People,” Napoleon Hill’s book, “Think and Grow Rich,” and Benjamin Franklin’s “The Way to Wealth.” These books have lasted through the ages, and should be cherished. Other contemporary books that have changed the perspective of people’s lives are “The Secret” which has been called into question by many as a revolutionary self help doctrine. One wonders if “The Secret” will have a lasting impact as “The Power of Positive Thinking’s” 55 year run. I guess we’ll just have to see.

I comemmorate October 13th as the day my eyes were opened to the epiphany that Norman Vincent Peele brought to me through his inspirational book.

Do We Really Know Our Celebrities?

9

Heaven Hi!!!

Every once and awhile, along comes a writer that grips the American ideal of the times. However, do we sometimes misconstrue who people are by their writings? After the launch of the new book The Gonzo Way: A Celebration of Dr. Hunter S. Thompson” written by Hunter’s wife Anita Thompson, many things broke the original viewpoints the mainstream public had about Hunter S. Thompson.

It wasn’t a reckless obsession with liquor, drugs and gunplay that made the late Hunter S. Thompson the undisputed king of gonzo journalism. Instead, it was old-fashioned principles such as working hard and telling the truth, enlivened by the glee Thompson took from learning and from being right. Thompson’s wife went on to further comment that, “I don’t deny his lifestyle, because his lifestyle was pretty extreme,” Anita Thompson told The Associated Press, but that lifestyle was made possible by his success as a reporter and writer, not the other way around.

In our society today we find that we focus a lot of our attention on the negative traits and behaviors of celebrities. Our focus further fuels our celebrity friends, who were originally successful because of their talents, to be focused on how much water to put into the well of negativity that we draw our water from. Talent is replaced by extremity, whether that is with alcohol, drug addiction, or eating disorders. We as the audience should encourage others to focus on their talents, and not on their extremities.

Encourage a BOP life to where you will be aware of your talent. To be the star in your own play in life. Hunter S. Thompson impressed the world with his marvelous stories, and a great contributor to literary society that has taken his accounts and taught them to other aspiring writers.

He will forever be remembered.

How Do You Measure Success?

0

Heaven Hi!!!

Well if you need me to bring up examples of successful people, why don’t we add Vice-President Al Gore to the list? Gore recently received the Nobel Prize last Friday for his influential work on Global Warming. Afterwards they did a retrospective look at Al Gores’ accomplishments ranging from his duty in the Vietnam War to his vice presidency, and finally to his Academy Award.

Quite the resume!

Al Gore is also a good example about how one uses their celebritism to further better the world they live in. Al Gore uses his humanity to be of service to the world by informing them of what is happening in our environment and what needs to be done. You can better the world you live in by simply being aware of your surroundings, and being present about what you are doing in your own environment.

So let’s encourage these humanitarians to keep up the good work, and be open, and receptive to how we can be of service.

Let’s enjoy that sunshine.
